What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs in Spain are free for orders over € 35, the rest of orders have a cost of € 4,49

For the rest of the countries the costs are automatically calculated on the payment screen.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The estimated delivery time in Spain is 7 - 10 working days approx.

France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, Poland, Finland, Luxembourg 7-10 working days approx. 

United States 10-12 working days approx.

Czech Republic, Austria, Bulgaria, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Russia, Switzerland, Hungary, Croatia, Denmark, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Greece, Romania 15 working days approx.

*Items in the Heels Collection may have a longer delivery time (5 - 7 days extra) as longer manufacturing time is required.

Shoes and boots are made to order and delivery times are estimates based on the last shipments. This time may be affected in Christmas campaigns, sales, Black Friday, by transport logistics companies or by the customs service of each country to which we are not We are responsible for any delays that may occur due to these causes. We always guarantee delivery of your order, but promotions and special offers may be delayed due to high demand for our products.

The maximum time for the product to arrive is 30 business days for Spain and 50 days for the rest of the countries, if not, you can claim a refund for lost / not shipped order, or request a new shipment.

When will my order be processed?

 We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 7 -10 business days from the order date, being able to be affected by the high demand of orders, in Christmas seasons, sales, black friday. All orders are prepared and shipped anywhere in the world from our warehouse in China.
  

Will I be charged customs and taxes ?

Taxes are included in the price of the item, so you will not pay any additional taxes when receiving the shipment in the EU countries. For other countries outside the EU, you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, as determined by your local customs office. AxionfitDance is not responsible under any circumstances for the taxes, fees or duties applied to the shipment or fees that may be applied in customs for the purchased package, so the person responsible will be the buyer and customer of AxionfitDance providing the required value in customs without being able to process a return.

Factors such as logistics delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.

Consider

* If the client does not put the correct address in the order and does not notify us in the first 48 hours from the order, and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, there will be no option to refund and a subsequent shipment of said package will be paid by the customer and buyer.

* In the event that at the time of delivery of the order it is not possible to contact the client, it is notified via mailbox and if the package is not collected from the notified office in X days, it will be returned to the sender.

* In case the shipment has already been made, it will not be possible to change the delivery address since the shipments are delivered by external companies AxionfitDance and we do not have the power to change the delivery address once The order has been sent from the warehouse, so the customer is responsible for the loss of the package in case of not having indicated the correct address, has changed house or similar.
