Measurements may vary by 1 to 3 mm because each shoe is made by hand. The width is standard; for custom widths, just ask.

How to measure your foot at home

Place your foot on a sheet of paper

Tilting the marker slightly, draw a line at the back of the heel and at the tip of the longest toe. It isn't always the big toe.

Measure from heel to mark

Use a tape measure, in centimetres. Note it to the millimetre: 24.3 is not the same as 24.

Measure the girth

Around the widest part of the foot. If your foot is wide or narrow, always ask us before buying.

Measure both feet

Almost nobody has two identical feet. Always go with the longer one.

Which size should I choose?

We recommend choosing your size from your foot measurement. With boots, half a size up is sometimes advisable. If you have doubts or a wide foot, write to us before buying and we'll tell you exactly the best size for this model.

Will they hurt my feet?

Our shoes are designed specifically to dance for hours. The cushioned insole and their flexibility reduce pressure on the foot so you enjoy every dance far more comfortably.

Are they comfortable from the first wear, or do they need breaking in?

Most of our customers feel comfortable from the very first dances. Like any footwear, they mould slightly to the shape of your foot with wear, fitting better and better.

Which heel should I choose?

6 cm: ideal if you're starting out or want maximum comfort.
7.5 cm and 8.5 cm: the favourite heights of most dancers.
9 cm and 10 cm: recommended for those already used to dancing in heels.

Are these shoes suitable for beginners?

Yes. Whether you're a beginner or have been dancing for years, their value for money means comfortable dance shoes without spending a fortune.

Can they be used on any type of floor?

They're designed for wooden dance floors or similar surfaces. We don't recommend wearing them outdoors, as the suede sole would lose its properties.

Can they be made with a street sole?

Yes. Most of our models can be made with a street sole — a great option if you want to wear them outdoors. If you need this customisation, just write to us.

Do they hold the foot well?

Yes. The cross-strap design holds best, giving stability and confidence through spins, travelling steps and weight changes.

What if the size isn't right?

Don't worry. If you need a different size, requesting an exchange is quick and simple: just write to us or fill in the exchange form in the menu. You can also try our shoes on at any of our 19 stores in Spain before buying.

How long does delivery take?

Outlet or in-stock models (Spain only) ship within 24–48 hours. The rest are made to order and need a few extra days. Check the shipping section for the times that apply to your order.

How do I care for my dance shoes?

Brush the suede sole with a wire brush when you notice it losing grip. Always store them in their bag, protect them from damp and avoid wearing them outdoors so they keep performing on the floor for far longer.
