What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Spain is free for orders over €35; all other orders incur a shipping fee of €4.49.

For other countries, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery times for Dance shoes/ankle boots and other accessories

France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium Approx. 10–15 business days

United Kingdom, Poland, Finland, Luxembourg Approx. 12–18 business days

*Items from the Heels Collection may have a longer delivery time (5–7 extra days) due to the additional manufacturing time required.

Delivery times for Dancewear collection items

Spanish Mainland: Approx. 24–72 business hours.

Balearic Islands: Approx. 3–4 business days.

Canary Islands: Approx. 7 business days (Any customs charges incurred for shipments to the Canary Islands are the buyer's responsibility).

*The delivery time for orders of customized clothing is 2 to 3 weeks.

Orders from the DANCEWEAR collection will be shipped via Correos or Correos Express.

Shipping costs for items in the DANCEWEAR collection will be calculated at checkout.

Shoes and ankle boots are made to order, and delivery times are estimates based on recent shipments. These times may be affected by high order volumes (such as during Christmas, sales periods, or Black Friday), logistics carriers, or national customs services; we are not responsible for delays caused by these factors. We always guarantee the delivery of your order, though special promotions and offers may experience delays due to high demand for our products.

The maximum delivery time is 30 business days for Spain and 40 days for other countries; if the product does not arrive within this timeframe, you may claim a refund for a lost or unshipped order or request a replacement shipment.

All our shipments are insured and come with a tracking number to facilitate delivery. Once the order has been shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number so you can track it at any time.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 7–10 business days of the order date, though processing times may be affected by high demand during periods such as Christmas, sales events, or Black Friday. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

All dance shoes and ankle boots—with the exception of items in the Outlet section—are prepared and shipped worldwide from our warehouse in China.

Will I be charged customs duties and taxes?

Taxes are included in the item price, so you will not pay any additional taxes upon delivery within EU countries.

For countries outside the EU, you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order. Import taxes and related customs duties may be charged once your order reaches its final destination; these charges are determined by your local customs office. AxionfitDance is not responsible under any circumstances for taxes, fees, or duties applied to the shipment, or for charges levied by customs authorities on the purchased package; the buyer and AxionfitDance customer bears sole responsibility for paying the required customs amounts and is not eligible for a refund.

Factors such as logistical delays and customs clearance may affect the estimated delivery time.

Please note

*If the buyer does not provide the correct address in the order and fails to notify us within the first 48 hours, and the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address, no refund will be available; the cost of re-shipping the package will be borne by the customer/buyer. 

*If the buyer does not provide the correct address in the order and the status shows as "delivered," no refund will be available, and the buyer is responsible for the cost of a new order. AxionfitDance assumes no liability for address errors.

*If the customer cannot be contacted at the time of delivery, a notification will be left in the mailbox or sent via email; if the package is not collected from the designated office within X days, it will be returned to the sender.

*Once the shipment has been dispatched, it is not possible to change the delivery address, as shipments are handled by external companies and AxionfitDance cannot alter the address after the order has left the warehouse. Consequently, the customer is responsible for any package loss resulting from an incorrect address, a change of residence, or similar issues.
