HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
One item may be exchanged for another as long as the cost of the new product is equal to the one received and is communicated within the period stipulated below. This condition applies to change of size, heel, color or model.
The customer must assume the return management costs that amount to € 6.95 per item plus € 2 for each additional item.
Once the change management process is completed, the new order will be processed, which has the same delivery terms and conditions as a new order.
Changes of orders will only be accepted from Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), Italy, France, Germany, Russia, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Poland, United States, Canada, Brazil and Australia. For the rest of the countries we will only offer exchange or return in case of defective items or errors in the order that are the responsibility of Axionfit.
Exchanges or returns of the products included in the Last Sizes section are not accepted except for a shipping error by Axionfit or damage to them.
If you want to exercise the right of withdrawal of RDL 1/2007 of November 16, you must notify us at email@example.com within 14 calendar days from receipt of the article.
Cash returns of dance shoes are excluded due to the nature of the product since the manufacture is made to order and is customized according to the order of each client (size, type of heel, height, color of the product, etc.) .
In case of factory damage or shipping errors by Axionfit, the customer may claim a refund for the item. In these cases, Axionfit will be responsible for the shipping or return costs of the product.
To make a change, you must contact us through our email within 5 calendar days of receipt and we will indicate the steps to follow.
In case of exchange or return due to damage or due to errors in delivery by Axionfit, you must notify us within 48 business hours of receiving the order.
Only items purchased directly from Axionfit will be accepted. For products purchased from other authorized stores, please contact them directly for returns
Returned items must be unworn, in the same condition that we shipped them to you and in their original packaging. If the condition of the product being returned to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange.
Exchanges or returns of gift cards are not accepted. Gift cards cannot be exchanged in any case for cash, they will only be valid to purchase products from our website www.axionfitdance.com.
Returns without a receipt may be rejected. AxionFit reserves the right to refuse any returns.
WHAT IF THE ITEM (S) WE RECEIVE IS DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?

Number of order
Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)
Full delivery address
Contact phone number
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product as evidence to refund or replace the product.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS HAVE?
Processing of returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or request for cancellation. Contact the card issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to modify or cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, be sure to provide your order number and the modification you wish to make and we will confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any order after 24 hours or that has been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.
