HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
At AxionfitDance, we want all our customers to be delighted with their orders. Therefore, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for a different size, heel height, color, or item of the same value. To initiate a return, you can use the following REQUEST FORM or contact us at info@axionfitdance.com and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
The maximum return period is 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order. To meet the deadline, the notification regarding the order change must be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
The customer/buyer is responsible for arranging the return at their own expense through their preferred shipping carrier andmust cover all costs associated with the return, such as shipping fees, customs duties, or loss of the package, as well as any errors in the return process, if applicable. We recommend that shipments be sent via certified mail and that you attach the receipt, as we are not liable for any losses that may occur if sent via standard mail. Instructions for making the return will be provided via email.
Once the return is received and the exchange process is complete, the new order will be processed, which will have the same delivery terms and conditions as a new order.
If you choose a refund, it will be issued as a voucher card with no expiration date that can be redeemed in our online store for other items.
We do not accept exchanges or returns of products included in the Last Sizes section except in the case of an ordering error on the part of AxionfitDance or a defect in the product.
We will not issue cash refunds except in the case of a manufacturing defect or shipping errors on the part of AxionfitDance, and you must notify us within 48 business hours of receiving the order. In that case, the customer may request a refund or replacement. In these cases, AxionfitDance will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Only items purchased directly from AxionfitDance will be accepted. For products purchased from other authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and in their original packaging. If the condition of the returned product is not acceptable, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances; they are only valid for purchasing products on our website www.axionfitdance.com.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made garments where the original length has been customized (Petite or Tall), or if the garment has been made to measure.
Returns made without a receipt may be refused. AxionfitDance reserves the right to refuse any return.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal under Royal Decree-Law 1/2007 of November 16th, you must notify us at info@axionfitdance.comand the return must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
*Customized or made-to-order products
Some of our products (such as shoes, dance boots, or other personalized products indicated in the description as *Personalized Item) are manufactured exclusively according to the specifications chosen by the customer (heel height, color, custom adjustments, etc.)
In compliance with Article 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, these products are not subject to the right of withdrawal and therefore, under normal circumstances, returns are not accepted for changes of mind or personal preferences.In case of a defect or error, please contact us within the next 48 business hours and we will apply the corresponding guarantees (repair, replacement, or refund) according to Article 114 of the same legal text.
DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it. Please include the following information:
Order Number.
Video or photo of the defective product.
Clear description of the defect or difference detected.
The consumer and user will have a period of 14 calendar days to make the return.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
Processing returns can take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be issued in the form of a virtual voucher, product replacement, or refund for defective products.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
All refunds for defective items will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to your card issuer within 14 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your card issuer if you have questions about when the credit will appear on your account.
If you haven't yet received your refund credit, here's what to do:
Contact your bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to appear on your account.
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us at info@axionfitdance.com within 48 hours of placing your order. Please be sure to provide your order number and the change you wish to make. We will confirm once the change has been processed. Please note that any order placed after 48 hours, or once packaged or shipped, cannot be modified or canceled.
